  1. Subse phele sub dalon ko dho k 4/5 hours bhigo dein.phir pateele me pani,haldi,garam masala,lal mirch,zeera r dhanya pwdr dal k takreeban 7/8 houra cook hone dein k dao bilkul ghut jaye.
  2. Phir lehsan,pyaz,adrak,saboot lal mirch,zeera, r baki k saboot maslon ko mota pees lein.
  3. Gheeyon ko saaf kar k 1 ghanta bhigo k boil kar lein.
  4. Ek pateeli me oil dalien r saboot masalon ka jo paste banaya usko dal k khob ache se bhone k kachapan khatak hojaye.phenta hua dhai dal k khob bhone r phir gosht r pani dal k gosht ko galne tak cook karen r bhon k qorma ready karen.
  5. Ab gheeyon ko dalon me dal dein r gosht ko resha kar lein r dal dein dalon me.r phir pakne dein jitna pakega utna sub masala ache se cook hoga r lais ayega…thori thori dair me ghotne se ghotte rahen.
  6. Jab thick hojaye r lais ajaye to ready hai.phir oil ko garam kar k tarka lagayen.
  7. Pyaz ko brown kar lein r baki k lawazmat ready kar lein.
  8. Mazedar Daleem ko chaat masala r baki ingre k sath serve karen.
