- Take 50 gm grated Khoya /mawa (milk solid)
- Get 2 tbsp Khajur Gud (Date Jaggery)
- Take 2 tsp / more Brown sugar (as per need)
- Prepare 1/3 tsp dry Ginger power (Sonth)
- Take 1 tbsp Coconut powder
- Take 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Deshi ghee)
- Take 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Get 1 pinch salt

Instructions to make Green Moong Dal KHEER:
- Heat the Ghee in a wok. Fry the dry fruits in low medium flame. Remove and keep aside.
- To the remaining ghee in the wok add the green moong dal paste and fry for 2 minutes on low medium heat. - - Now add milk and mawa to the dal and keep stirring. - - Then add Jaggery and/or brown sugar and salt, Coconut powder and Sonth or dry Ginger powder.
