- Add a cup of batter to the centre of the tawa. Spread it slightly, it should not be very thin like a dosa. Add half a tsp of oil around it and cover it and cook for 2 mins. The top of the uttappam should become dry.
- Apply a layer of 🍕 tomato sauce. Spread some capsicum, onion and olives on the uttappam. Add shredded cheese liberally. Add all the seasonings on the uttappam.
- Cover it and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. The cheese should start melting.
- Remove the uttappam pizza on to a plate. Garnish with some more shredded cheese and serve.
