  4. Add tomatoes and cook it well. Cut bread slices into small cubes add to the pan and toss well. Add some water, salt, mix and let it get heated through
  5. Switch off heat, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.

For healthy version, use wheat / multigrain bread. If using brown bread, toast it first and then use it, otherwise, it won't taste good.
