If using fresh bread slices, then no need to slice the edges. For a few days old bread, if the edges have become hard, then slice them. Add the bread, mix well so the spice mixture coats the bread pieces. Add the cilantro and lemon juice and mix well.

- Then add boil potato cook for 2minuts.add chopped tomatoes and give a good stir. - Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt. - Add little water to the pan and let the tomatoes cook for around 2 minutes.
- Now add the bread pieces to the pan and give a good mix till all the pieces are coated with the masala.1. Now add chopped cilantro and mix.
