- When the cabbage is soft, drain and sieve
- Mix the carrots and cabbage in a tray
- Scoop a moderate quantity and mix with mayonnaise before serving
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to.
