  1. Clean the lima beans & cut it & boil it.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai add hing, cumin seeds. when cumin seeds crackels & add onion & sute to pinkish colour. add green chilli + garlic paste saute.
  3. Add all the dry masalas mentioned above& saute and close the lid until the oil separates.
  4. Add boiled lima beans and saute well, add salt and mix it well
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.

If you like, you could add garlic for a different flavor. Note that zucchini shrinks a lot after cooking. So, two pounds is not much! Lima beans or Pavta is something that is abundantly, freshly and freely available at my mother in laws kitchen during its peak harvest season. This is a regular meal at our house and my MIL makes best Pavta rassa (curry) bhaji.
