  1. Roast semolina by adding 1 tablespoon ghee. Keep it aside. Pressure cook butter beans for 1 whistle and keep it for later use.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera. After mustard start popping add chana daal, urad daal and green chilli
  3. Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and onion
  4. After onions turn golden brown colour add little salt and turmeric and saute. Add butter beans and saute for 2-3 mins
  5. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  6. Start adding semolina slowly and keep stirring, reducing flame to low and add coconut and coriander leaves cover with lid.
  7. Switch off the flame and keep closed for 5mins. Serve hot.
