  3. Take a pan and put oil, once the oil heats put mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts spluttering add green chilli, curry leaves, onion, roast it for 2 minutes in low flame and then add salt and turmeric again roast for 2 minutes, add sliced colocasia and close the lid by keeping the flame in low. Once it half cook add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, roast it for 2 minutes in low flame. Then add tamarind water and also add water according to taste, boil it for up to 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove and serve hot with rice /roti pinch of turmeric
