- Marinate chicken in apple cider for a minimum of 30 minutes. Reserve liquid.

- With chicken in pan, season the side facing up with the thyme and sage. (At this point I also added a handful of whole cranberries to the pan, but that is entirely optional).
- Cook chicken until a nice sear has formed and it is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. (This time will depend on the thickness of your chicken)
- Once both sides are browned, add reserved apple cider to pan and cover. Reduce heat to medium low and allow to simmer until apple cider reduces and forms a thick sauce (about 8-10 minutes)
- Serve chicken with apple cider reduction as a sauce. Pairs perfectly with my Rosemary Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
