The ingredients needed to make Mocha Ice Coffee:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Columbia coffee (dark full coffee your choice)
  2. Get 1/2 cup French vanilla coffee mate liquid creamer
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup (Hershey's! No imitations please!) ;)
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup Sugar
  5. Make ready 2 each Ice trays of frozen dark coffee

I love this version of coffee though I am not an avid coffee drinker. Instructions to make Mocha Ice Coffee:
  1. Make 10 cups of dark full flavor coffee. Let cool a while then fill ice trays. This makes 4 trays. You can make less but we always need frozen coffee around. I make and freeze the night/day before.
  2. In blender add fresh hot coffee, chocolate, creamer, and sugar. Blend well so that sugar is melted evenly. Then add iced coffee cubes as you blend to your liking.

Brewed coffee served with homemade chocolate syrup, ice, and whipped cream. I have really been on a iced coffee kick as of late. This is one version I've tried and really like. You may use cooled coffee, but I think the flavor is better if you pour hot coffee over ice.
