- Knead with 1 tbsp yogurt.
- If required you can add more yogurt in order to get better dough consistency.
- Keep the dough covered for 3-4 hours.
- Again knead the dough and keep for another 3 hours.
- Make small ball out of it and roll in to round pooris.
- Fry in medium hot oil.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or chana masala..
