Beat together until pale and fluffy. Decide between the cake case. Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins until risen and golden. May take longer than 15 mins, mine usually take 25-30 mins.
  3. While the buns are cooking, add the remaining orange juice and honey into a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutesuntil its reduced by one third.
  4. Remove the buns from the oven and brush the glaze over them while they are still warm then leave to cool.

I'm going to try these, however, I noticed that everybody is waiting for hours to rise. As a pastry chef, use your oven as a proofing oven. Roll dough up starting at a long side. Pinch ends to seal dough and lay seam-side down on a cutting board. Remove the cooked buns from the oven and set aside to cool.
