I didnt prove my yeast , hope mine is alive :)
  2. Now on clean surface,dust some flour ,bring your dough to cut into 650 grams for big soft baguette,160 grams for giant burgers buns ,110 grams for small soft baguette for your sandwiches buns ..cover all pieces with clean cloth.
  3. Take one out to the surface ,form the bun ,baguette..hahaha..make it round or shape to baguett ..and lay on baking tray ,(coated with butter and flour ) ,cover with clean cloth,let it rise to double size ,approximately 3 hours
  4. Bake on medium at 160c or 325°F ..about 15 mins or until light brown on top ..,for burger buns ,you need egg wash ( 1 egg) softly brush on top,add sesame seeds .
