  4. Then strained over big bowl.
  5. Take a karai then add 1 cup oil and then 1 cup milk.cook fr 5 minute.then add sugar and cook until sugar become melt.
  6. Add rice,coconut and cook over low flame fr 20 minute.
  7. Garnish with green jelly.ready to serve it.
