- Preheat oven to 220C
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into chips and put in a large bowl
- Add the macadamia oil and corn flour in a bowl and mix well to coat the sweet potato, then spread out on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, turning after 15 minutes
