  1. Whisk curd in a mixing bowl until smooth
  2. Add water and whisk well
  3. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Keep it aside
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
  5. Add crushed ginger, green chilies and saute until raw aroma disappears
  6. Lower the heat and add whisked curd
  7. Mix everything well
  8. Add sendha namak to taste and mix well
  9. Add sugar and mix well
  10. Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes or until kadhi thickens stirring occasionally
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm
