- Soaked rice for 30 minute.
- Then take a sauce pan and add 6 glass water. and add orange food colour. when water is hot then add rice.
- Boiled rice until hlaf cooked
- Then strained over big bowl.
- Take a karai then add 1 cup oil and then 1 cup milk.cook fr 5 minute.then add sugar and cook until sugar become melt.
- Add rice,coconut and cook over low flame fr 20 minute.
- Garnish with green jelly.ready to serve it.
