  2. Prepare 5 almonds, chopped
  3. Make ready 2 dates, chopped
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp chia seeds
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp puffed quinoa
  7. Make ready 1 tsp buckwheat groats
  8. Make ready 1 tsp hemp seeds
  9. Take 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  10. Take 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Place all wet ingredients in a medium sized saucepan, including tahini, honey, coconut oil, rice syrup, coconut sugar if using and vanilla paste plus half a cup of water. A blend of superfoods, beneficial to your health and well-being. This muesli is high in anti-oxidants and fibre. Organic incaberries, goji berries and succulent cranberries are tossed through organic puffed brown rice, amaranth, quinoa, chia seeds and linseeds.
