The ingredients needed to make Mushroom chilli:
  1. Prepare 200 gm mashroom (cut into 2 pcs)
  2. Make ready 1 medium capsicum(chopped)
  3. Make ready 50 gm green onion chopped(or onion)
  4. Get 8-10 buds garlic finely chopped
  5. Make ready 1 " pc ginger finely chopped
  6. Prepare Ginger garlic paste (4-5 buds garlic+1/2" ginger)
  7. Prepare 5-6 green chilli chopped
  8. Make ready 2 tb spn black soya sauce
  9. Take 2 tb spn green chilli sauce
  10. Get 2 tb spn vinegar
  11. Get 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup corn starch
  13. Get 1/2 tb spn corn starch+ 1/2 tb spn maida+1/2 cup water
  14. Get Salt as per the taste
  15. Get 1 tb spn Black pepper powder
  16. Get Cooking oil

You can serve dry mushroom chilli as snacks or with little extra sauce it complements fried rice perfectly. Chilli mushroom recipe is almost the same as mushroom manchurian recipe with gluten free ingredients that I blogged yesterday. The main player is red chilli paste which gives the deep fried mushrooms color and a spicy flavor. Nutritionally, mushrooms are rich in essential trace minerals and protein.

Steps to make Mushroom chilli:
  1. First boil mashroom for 25 mins.
  2. Take out the mashroom from water n put in a net so extra water will go off.
  3. Make a batter of all purpose flour and corn starch. Add 1 pinch salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  4. Now dip all the boiled mashroom into the batter and keep it for 10 mins so that mashroom can soak the batter in it.
  5. Now in a pan take cooking oil for deep fry. Put the mashroom in hot oil and deep fry it till they become golden in color and take out from the pan. (Medium flame).
  6. Now in a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put chopped ginger garlic. Do not fry too much. Then add chopped green onion and green chilli. Cook it for 5 mins. (Medium flame)
  7. Now add black pepper powder + black soya sauce+ green chilli sauce+vinegar and mix it well.
  8. Now add the liquid (1/2 tb spn corn starch+1/2 tb spoon maida (all purpose flour)+1/2 cup water). Add salt as per the taste and Mix it well and cook for 5 mins. (medium flame)
  9. Now add fried mashroom and chopped capsicum and cook it for 4 mins.
  10. Mashroom chilli is ready now
