I made my own version by substituting my homemade pomegrante jelly instead of the cranberry sauce. Place skillet with pork in oven. Scrape any juices from large skillet into cranberry mixture. Boil until sauce has reduced enough to coat spoon. Pork is perfect in stews, roasts and shredded into sandwiches.
