  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Pan fry the gnocchi
  2. When they start to color, add pancetta. Fry for 2 minutes. At this point drain the fat if there's more than 1/2 a tablespoon of grease in the pan
  3. Next, add bell peppers. Take off heat when peppers soften slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with marinara sauce and/or parmesan if desired. Enjoy :)
