Masala dosa or masale dose or masaldosa is a variation of the popular South Indian food dosa, which has its origins in Tuluva Mangalorean cuisine of Karnataka. It is made from rice, lentils, potato, methi, and curry leaves, and served with chutneys and sambar. - Soak Green moong dal + Channa dal + puffed rice for 4-6 hours. Less soaking time will give you crispier dosa.
- In a mixer grind the soaked ingredients + cumin seeds+ ginger + chilli. Grind it smooth.

- Now add chopped onions + hing + salt + jaggery to the pesarattu batter and add water if required.
- In a dosa pan brush some oil and pour the batter. Add masala on top of it. Roast it on both the sides
