Steps to make Honey Sesame Tofu:
- Wrap the tofu in cheese cloth. Place a heavy pan on top for about 30 minutes.
- Then, place the tofu in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
- Remove the tofu from the freezer and use the defrost function of the microwave for about 10 minutes. After that, repeat step one to squeeze out excess water.

- While air frying, use a wok or a frying pan to bring the sauce to boil. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
